My backstory: Before I got into wellness, I worked in banking for 15 years. I was suffering from chronic health issues that didn’t improve with medical treatment. While looking to the alternative medicine world for other options, I stumbled onto mindfulness meditation and yoga. This led to the decision to undergo a 200-hour yoga teacher training at the famed Kripalu Center for Yoga and Health. As part of that process, I went on a plant-based, whole food diet, which had an unexpected side effect:
Many of the health conditions I had struggled with finally began to improve.
This ignited an insatiable desire to learn everything about how food affects our health. I registered at the Institute of Integrative Nutrition where I was trained in over 100 dietary theories, which I incorporate into every wellness program we do. My passion is creating a personalized “roadmap to health” that helps each and every client experience the same total health and wellness revolution that I had.
Tamara lives in NYC with her husband and three kids and the family dog.

Molly Lukins Burke, Co-founder
Certified Health Coach, Institute of Integrative Nutrition
Certified Nutrition Coach, Keri Glassman’s Nutritious Life Program
My backstory: As a New York City native and the daughter of a cookbook author, I grew up with a deep appreciation for the way food impacts our quality of life. When my own children were born, I spent so much time focused on their nutrition that I started neglecting my own. I was over-exercising and eating mindlessly, and it took a toll on my mind and body.
I no longer felt good.
I began to educate myself about the connection between nutrition and wellness, and experienced a “lightbulb moment” when I realized that our food, physical health, and mental health are intertwined; If one area is out of whack, the other two will follow. In order to implement a healthier way of life, I started taking advantage of the wide range of wellness resources that New York City had to offer. In 2012, I moved to Hong Kong with my family and traveled to Japan, China, Vietnam, Cambodia and India, where I had the chance to experience many additional holistic healing and wellness methods. By the time I moved back to New York in 2016, I was a brand-new person as a result of the practical tools for healthy living that I had been exposed to. I love helping others find true joy and balance in their own lives.
Molly lives in NYC with her husband and two children.
