Immunity Bombs

We have been seeing these immunity bombs everywhere, and we are loving it! They are perfect for preventing illness and boosting your immune system during the winter months. This recipe should keep you stocked for a long while!


5 lemons, peeled and seeds removed

4 pieces of ginger, cleaned well

4 pieces of fresh turmeric, cleaned well (can sub with 2 tablespoons ground turmeric)

1 cup water


Toss lemons, ginger, turmeric, and water in blender. Blend until combined.

Pour mixture into ice cube trays and spread with a spatula until filled and smooth on top. Place in freezer.

Take out one immunity bomb when needed and place in a mug with 1-2 tablespoons of honey and fill with hot water. Stir to combine and allow the cube to melt.
